We have commercialized the first thermal time-of-flight sensors for microfluidic metering, enabling numerous applications in this rapidly growing industry. This technology has also been extended to gas flow sensing, allowing accurate mass flow measurement without dependency on gas composition, while simultaneously acquiring the thermal properties of the fluids.

Our MEMS flow sensors incorporate multiple sensing elements, providing additional insights into flow and flow media information that traditional methods cannot achieve. These sensors are designed for reliability, a wide dynamic range, low power consumption, and ease of integration across various applications. We work closely with our commercial partners and visionary peers in the industry to drive technological advancements further.
